President’s letter

Dear Friends and Colleagues

It is an honor for me to invite you to our 10th annual Korean American Satellite Symposium (KASS) being held at New Orleans. This meeting is organized jointly by the Korean-American Otolaryngology Society (KAOS) and Korean Society of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (KORL-HNS) and supported by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS).

The objectives of the KASS are to present recent advances in otology, and endoscopic endonasal approaches by the leading authorities in an informal setting and to promote collaboration between the societies. Our speakers, Drs. Carl Snyderman and Dennis Poe are experts in their respective fields. I hope that this symposium will provide stimulating discussion and provide clinically relevant tips that will improve patient care. Following the scientific meeting, there will be a dinner and social event to foster social and professional relationships among the society members and guests.

Finally I would like to thank the many individuals who have dedicated many hours in preparation for the meeting. I would like to thank Professor Chae-Seo Rhee, Chairman of KSO-HNS for his support, Dr. Kenneth Lee for preparing for the scientific session, and Dr. Do Yeon Cho for the arranging the logistics of the meeting.

I look forward to seeing you in New Orleans and hope that you will have a great time with us!
