a) To advance and promote medical and surgical otolaryngology knowledge among Otolaryngologists, Physicians, and Health Care Providers.
Dear Friends and Colleagues
We will be holding our annual meeting on Saturday October 6th, 2018 in Atlanta at the Holiday Inn Express on 111 Cone St NW by the Georgia World Convention Center. Part of the Korean American Satellite Symposium (KASS) scientific session has been incorporated into the AAO-HNS International Symposium on Sunday October 7th afternoon. We will have our annual meeting on Saturday night prior to the two International Symposium panels since the International Reception will be on Sunday night at the Georgia Aquarium. On Saturday night during our annual meeting, we will have two wonderful dinner lectures, and a dinner reception later that evening at the Holiday Inn Express. The two guest lecturers will be Drs. Robin Cotton and Julie Wei.
It is difficult to believe that the our meeting in Atlanta will be our 10th annual KASS. Our first KASS was held in 2009 in San Diego. Through this well-organized symposium, American Academy of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), Korean Soceity of Otorhinolaryngology (KSORL), and Korean American Otolaryngology Society has developed a brilliant relationship and friendship.
As our Society continues to grow, we will need more involvements from our members. You can get more involved by contacting any of our KAOS officers or board members listed on the website (kaosociety.com). Through our Society, we hope that the members will be able to connect with each other, not just among the US otolaryngologists but also between US and Korean otolaryngologists. Our Society provides a platform for mentorship and connection for both personal and business purposes.
I hope to see you at our annual meeting on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Please support the Korean American Otolaryngology by paying the annual dues. By paying for your membership, the annual KASS registration is free. Look forward to see you there!
